Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilise computerised systems for booking in lab work, and booking out completed dental work, and managing documents.
- Proficient in the dental labs
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Type documents, reports, and other materials as required.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role with strong clerical and office skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise workload effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,500.00-£29,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Customer service: 4 years (preferred)
