**Retail Assistant Manager**

**Role Requirements**:

- Deliver a best-in-class service in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
- Measure and repose the effectiveness of stock room activities and employees performance
- Organise and maintain inventory including technical area
- Deliver housekeeping rota and associated initiatives
- Ensure shipments and transactions are accurate
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload
- Identify areas of improvement and/or adjust work procedures and practices
- Coordinate book-in and dispatch activities with other departments
- Key holding and looking after stock
- Supervise the process of scheduling and checking returned products for signs of transit or customer damage
- Act as a key point of escalations for Customer Service Team
- Ensure the team are accurate, real time logging of returns in the system
- Resolve any issues
- Make recommendations about ways to improve employee efficiency
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educations and directing personnel on the use of all equipment and resources, maintaining compliance with established ploicies and procedures
- Previous experience in a supervisor or management role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work well with others
- Computer literate
- Able to be thorough and pay attention to detail
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Computer literate
- Patience and ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
