We are looking for someone who has an understanding of AutoCAD who can complete basic site designs and CAD up survey drawings, working on a number of projects at any time. As part of the pre-construction team you will also be involved in getting projectsthrough Local Authority planning processes (training given).
- Knowledge of and ability to use AutoCAD software
- The desire to learn more about project development
- Great time management and communication skills.
- Prioritise workload depending on a variety of factors.
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Great administration skills to allow for tracking of site progress and information sharing.
