Caretaker - Based in Moray - Long-term work
**Your new role**You will be working as a Caretaker for a reputable organisation, based in Moray. You will work part-time, with hours to be discussed.
**What you'll need to succeed**:
- You will have to carry out duties such as, cleaning of lifts/stairwells/communal areas/bin areas, assessing the estate and reporting any maintenance issues or health and safety issues to managers
- You may also be a key holder of the site in some instances.
**What you'll get in return**:
- You will receive a competitive rate, paid directly into your bank account via Hays on a weekly basis
- You will receive holiday pay
