**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver pre-developed training courses effectively to groups of up to 10 participants.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit the provided curriculum, while incorporating your own experience and teaching style.
- Conduct up to two sessions per day, with courses either spanning full days or split into separate sessions.
- Ensure the high-quality delivery of training, adjusting as necessary based on participant needs and feedback.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of training manuals and curricula if you feel the need to adapt them to your teaching style.
- Maintain open communication and responsibility regarding scheduled training sessions and inform us in advance if you are unable to deliver a course on the agreed date.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum Level 3 Award in Education and Training or significant experience in the care sector with a willingness to work towards this qualification.
- Strong teaching and communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate adult learners effectively.

**Employment Type**:

- This is a freelance/contractor role, and you must either be self-employed or willing to arrange a specific agreement with us.
- Flexibility is a key aspect of this role, with a monthly rota provided detailing course availability, session times, and participant numbers.
