This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial/corporate litigation specialist to join a beautiful corporate/commercial law firm based in the heart of London. It can be a great step for someone who may be looking for a quick path into Partnership, as wellas for someone who would like a more balanced working environment with opportunities to work 3 days per week from home and flexible working hours.

**Responsibilities**
- This role is a mix of general commercial contracts but with more focus on corporate governance disputes involving director and shareholder claims (e.g. unfair prejudice and derivative claims - owner-manager fallouts and negotiated exits)
- Good working knowledge is required as to how companies are owned and operated, including the differences/interplay between the roles played by shareholders and directors and their respective rights and obligations.

**You will ideally be/have**
- Commercial litigation solicitor 8+ years PQE (only an indication - the focus is on autonomy)
- Sound relevant litigations expertise and UK legal educational background
- An efficient and reliable individual with a good eye for detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional attitude
