We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused **Head** **Receptionist** to join our successful team at **The Kitchin**.

This is a **full-time** position, working **Tuesday to Saturday **every week.

Our Michelin star restaurant with Chef Tom Kitchin at the helm has received numerous awards and accolades, and is known for its outstanding focus on local, seasonal produce and its ‘From Nature to Plate’ ethos.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Meeting and welcoming guests upon arrival.
- Preparing daily briefings for the team.
- Leading and contributing to the day-to-day duties of the reception team.
- Assisting with bar and front of house duties during service.
- Excellent customer service skills and a desire to exceed expectations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills
- Understanding of working under pressure to achieve high standards
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Knowledge of computerised reservations systems is desirable.
- Enthusiasm for food, drinks and hospitality
