Embroidery & Print Machine Operator

We are looking for a new member to join our production team. As a team we are focused on growing the company and looking for someone who is passionate, organised and motivated to join us. Based in Crosshands, Carmarthenshire the successful applicant will work as part of a close team to produce embroidered and printed items for our wide range of clients.

This could be an ideal opportunity for a graduate with graphics knowledge, or equally those who have production experience in a detailed and disciplined environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Decorate items following Production Order Instructions
- Read orders thoroughly before starting any job including special instructions
- Prepare machinery for production along with regulalary maintaining them
- Record and report shortages / issues to the Production Manager
- Maintain a clean and tidy workstation
- Assist with the achievement of Department targets
- Minimize Department costs and wastage & record
- Carry out any other tasks as designated by the Production Management
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with co-workers and management
- Work with other departments as required
- Machine operation advantageous (Heat Press Print/ cutting machine and embroidery machine)
- Adaptable and eager to learn new skills
- Keen eye and attention to detail is essential

These duties may also include - lifting/ carrying, pushing, or pulling of objects and working in a warehouse environment. You will be required to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Pay will vary dependent on experience
