- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on guest preferences
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any concerns or inquiries
- Monitoring inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies. Assisting with placing orders and receiving deliveries. Ensuring proper storage and rotation of perishable items.
- Ensuring that the dining area, restrooms, and kitchen are clean and well-maintained. Assisting with cleaning duties as needed.
- Helping to organize and execute special events, such as parties or themed nights. Assisting with promotional activities and marketing initiatives.

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Upselling abilities to promote additional food and beverage items
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations to ensure proper handling of ingredients
- Culinary knowledge to assist with food preparation when needed
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and standards of hospitality
- Ability to work efficiently in a kitchen environment, including basic knowledge of kitchen equipment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and provide exceptional service

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

Pay: £9.00-£11.50 per hour
