Ecommerce Assistant

We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, learning, and growth. We are seeking an ecommerce assistant to join our busy team.

This ecommerce focused role will involve the setup of products, categories, and prices on our Magento stores as well as entering the products into our ERP System, strong attention to detail is essential.

This role is based at our offices in Yelverton, Devon and will suit someone passionate about ecommerce.

Tasks will include but not limited to:

- Adding new products onto the website including images and product descriptions
- Adding and editing categories
- Auditing website copy, product imagery, product data attributes
- Verifying accuracy and consistency of all product data
- Updating and formatting product information on e-commerce websites
- Updating products and product prices on e-commerce websites and ERP
- Assist in carrying out ad-hoc administration tasks with any of the ecommerce platforms, digital marketing systems, or other business systems.
- Monitor website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement.

Required:

- Magento 2 Experience (experience with other platforms such as Shopify, Bigcommerce will be considered)
- Strong Attention to Detail

Desirable:

- SEO Experience
- ERP Experience
