First Achieve’s Engineering Division are working with a Fantastic, Globally renowned engineering company who supply to Aerospace, Oil and Gas, Energy and Nuclear Industries. Due to further increase in orders, they are seeking an experienced **ARC Welder.**

What’s on Offer
- Competitive Salary paying circa £34,500 + Overtime
- 3 Shift Pattern - Early, Afternoon & Nights (37 Hour Week)
- Permanent Position from day 1
- Plenty of Over-Time Available, Mon-Sat morning x1.5 and Sat Afternoon
- Sunday x2

**Duties**:

- Assemble and weld metal components according to blueprints and specification
- Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

**Skills**:

- Proficient in ARC welding
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of metal fabrication processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
