We are now recruiting for a full time Carers to join our existing fun and friendly team.

Duties include supporting service users to:
Cook

Clean

Shop

Complete laundry

Meet Cultural Needs

Access the community

Working on a shift basis

Applicants will require experience of working in the care sector, staff will be expected to provide support for a young male with Autism as part of a team in Stourbridge.

In return we offer the following:

- Salary of up to £11 per hour dependant on qualifications
- Sleep ins paid at £67.50
- Ongoing training and development
- Mileage paid at 40 pence per mile
- Career Progression (all of our Home Managers have come from being promoted internally)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.42-£11.50 per hour
