Lettings Co-ordinator

We are recruiting for a **Lettings Co-ordinator ** to join our ALFRETON Residential Lettings branch

The main purpose of the role is to maximise the overall income and profitability of the branch and to qualify landlords and tenants. You will also need to meet personal targets set and agreed and carry out viewings and market appraisals in a professional and efficient manner Manage staff and encourage and get the best out of your team.

**Our ideal Lettings Co-ordinator ** **is**
- Preferably an experienced Senior Neg Experienced Lettings Agent
- Able to prove a track record in generating new business
- Resilient, positive and friendly
- A highly motivated individual looking to work in a busy Lettings Department.
- A Full UK driving licence holder
- works well under pressure
- good time management
- Full knowledge of current legal rules and Legislation
- quick thinker

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
