The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and updating the lead generation system, dealing with customer calls and queries, and progressing customersthrough to orders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to develop their career within a sales environment.

Duties for the Internal Sales Coordinator include:

- Responsibility for maintaining and updating the lead generation system
- Following up and providing detailed updates on all tenders and live projects
- Following up and providing detailed updates on current and prospect customers
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing quotations in a timely manner
- Securing new customers and orders
- Trading within the market and re-pricing work when uncompetitive
- Gaining market intelligence and adding to the existing database
- Seeking and establishing market knowledge, competitor activity, customer activity and action in line with commercial policy
- Providing solutions for customers using internal and external sources
- All other associated sales administration

There is no access to the offices via public transport so all applicants interested in the Internal Sales Coordinator must have access to their own transport. This position is based between Doncaster and Rotherham and has on-site parking.

The Internal Sales Coordinator offers:

- Salary £23,000-£27,000, depending on experience.
- Hours of work 7am-4pm and 8am-5pm Monday to Friday
- Monthly bonus (C. £400 per month)
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays
- Christmas shutdown
- Free onsite parking
