Prop Trader (Emerging Markets and FX)

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement profitable trading strategies in Emerging Markets and FX, taking into consideration market conditions and risk management principles.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify trading opportunities in these markets, using both fundamental and technical analysis tools.
- Execute trades and manage risk exposures in accordance with established risk limits and trading guidelines.
- Work closely with other traders and analysts to share ideas and insights on market trends and trading strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all trading activities, including trade tickets, P&L statements, and risk reports.
- Keep up-to-date with developments in the relevant markets, including economic data releases, political events, and other factors that may impact trading activity.
- Work with the compliance team to ensure all trading activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in trading Emerging Markets and FX, with a proven track record of generating profits.
- Experience with Delta One trading is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct both fundamental and technical analysis of markets.
- Excellent risk management skills, with the ability to identify and manage trading risks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other traders and analysts.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance principles related to trading activities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Pay: £100,000.00-£200,000.00 per year
