**Title: Store Person / Warehouse Operative**
**The role will involve but not limited too**:
- Stock management - complete regular cycle stock counts and change stock min/max levels as required based on usage
- Act as a key point of contact for all research staff to deal with queries pertaining to stores stock inventory and dispatch of samples.
- Report on KPIs, metrics, SLAs and weekly tasks
- Ensure that materials with special handling, storage or distribution requirements (such as hazardous shipments and temperature sensitive material) are properly monitored.
- Analyse reports, measurements and external benchmarks to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
**The Client Requires**
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills on all levels and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven excellent customer service focus and ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to change direction and handle multiple responsibilities and tasks on a regular basis
