We have a vacancy on our team for a full time adviser. This is an advice role, advising across all areas of welfare rights with a particular focus on housing, debt and benefit advice. Full advice training will be provided. The role is a face to face position and would require the successful applicant to work from our main office, with our partners and in outreach locations throughout Torfaen. You will need excellent interpersonal skills, a strong capacity for learning and be able to undertake detailed advice work with empathy and compassion.
