We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, driven individual with a minimum of 1 year's customer service experience who has a strong administration background to act as a contact for incoming enquiries from existing and new customers. Alongside providing admin support.

**Duties**

The role requires an excellent telephone manner to take service calls from customers and enter onto our computer database. In the main the role will typically involve:

- Routing of Engineers schedules for upcoming days including scheduled works and callout visits.
- Assist in the account management of existing/new customer accounts.
- Communicating with customers to book engineer visits and providing support throughout all aspects of the engineers visit.
- Pro-active management of incoming and outstanding services and callouts.
- Communicating and supporting engineers to provide an efficient high-quality service to our customers.
- Maintaining customers' service contracts sending out renewals and invoices when due.
- Sorting of engineers' service report paperwork and raising invoices and quotations for return trips.
- Liaising with production on availability, where parts are made to order, and set customer expectations on lead times
- Creating and sending invoices to customers.
- To be able to work under own initiative, prioritise your own workload and meet relevant internal and external deadlines whilst being willing to learn and undertake appropriate training to further your knowledge.

Considerations include:

- **Quality relies on accuracy**. You must be accurate, sensitive and timely. You must be effective at working with colleagues in the office and engineers on the road.
- **Quality Customer service is at the heart of what we do**. You must have a positive, polite and thoughtful approach through verbal and written communication.

Role details:

- **Hours: Full time** 08:00 to 16:00 and 09:00 to 17:00 alternating weekly - Part time considered
- **Training provided**:formal and on-the-job training will include company processes and technical material. You must be IT literate and an effective learner.
- **Head office location: Central Derbyshire** (Heanor).
- **Overtime & weekend hours - **Available once fully trained with prior agreement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour

- Monday to Friday
