**Executive Search Resourcer, Chester - up to £25k + annual bonus**

**THE ROLE**
The new Executive Search Resourcer will support the growth of the business by recruiting exceptional senior leaders and directors for their clients. Some of the key responsibilities include:

- Carrying out briefing meeting with clients, taking detailed recruitment briefs for senior executive level and non-executive director search assignments
- Carrying out detailed questioning to develop clear and accurate assignment specifications, challenging assumptions and introducing fresh ideas and suggestions to widen search criteria where appropriate
- Working with client throughout the search timeline, continuously updating and providing regular progress reports, insights and intelligence gained through the search
- Occasional client entertainment

**ABOUT YOU**

The ideal Executive Search Resourcer will be highly customer-focussed, with experience within a supportive research or account management role, as well as:

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and an emphasis on client delivery
- A naturally warm personality, and the confidence and credibility to deal with C-Suite Stakeholders and boards of Directors
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Exceptionally well-organised and able to multi-task
- Articulate, bright, ethical and purposeful
- Looking for a progressive, influential role with the desire for personal and professional growth in the future
