Bakery Machinist

Elkes is on the hunt to find ambitious, driven and enthusiastic individuals to join their Bakery family, based in Uttoxeter.

Our Bakery Operatives are trained to run machines to the level that they will also be able to fix them if anything went wrong.

Alongside ongoing support from your Manager when your in training, experienced colleagues and the Training Team are there to ensure you are completely comfortable to run the machine on your own, before you fly solo.

We have an incentive scheme in place that will pay you **£100** for upskilling to a machine, on top of **£200** for completeling your probation, alongside **overtime bonus**.

Paired with your earning potential, we offer multiple shifts including:
Monday to Friday hours working on rotation of:

- 7:00am-2:30pm and 2:30pm-10:00pm
- 6:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm

Continental Days and nights, working 3 days on and 3 days off:

- 7:00am-7:00pm
- 7:00pm-7:00am

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.43-£12.12 per hour
