Industrial Recruitment Solutions Ltd (IRS) are urgently recruiting for **yard supervisor** to join their clients in **Oldbury.**

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Overseeing a team of between 4 to 6 people
- Organising the yard
- Helping to implement a warehouse and picking system
- Orchestrating incoming and outcoming deliveries with vans / HGV vehicles.
- FLT would be advantageous but not essential

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
- punctual in time keeping,
- reliable and a good team player.
- Able to use their own initiative in their approach to new challenges.
- A good communicator with all levels, including management.

**Working hours**: Monday-Friday 08:00 - 18:00

(Sometimes may need to stay over if work has not been finished)

**Salary**: £27,750.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
