**Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential properties, including but not limited to sinks, faucets, toilets, showers, bathtubs, water heaters, and pipes.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and develop effective solutions to resolve them efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning drains and inspecting plumbing fixtures for leaks or damage.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on plumbing installations and repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions about plumbing systems.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in plumbing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Domestic Plumber, with a minimum of 2 years in residential plumbing.
- Proficiency in installing, repairing, and maintaining various plumbing fixtures and systems.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Valid plumbing certification
- Full driving license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and at heights

Preferred Qualifications:

- FKnowledge of basic carpentry and electrical skills related to plumbing installations.
- CSCS Licence
- City & Guild

Working Conditions:

- The Plumber may work indoors or outdoors, in various weather conditions, and may be exposed to hazardous materials and environments.
- The position may require working at heights, in confined spaces, and around heavy machinery or equipment.
- The Plumber may need to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime, to meet project deadlines or respond to emergencies.
