M&e Cad Technician

VNA Recruitment are looking for a **2D M&E Cad Technician**to join one of our clients based in Billericay, Essex on a permanent position.

**Overall Position**:
The role would suit a CAD Technician for a new challenge with a company that can offer a long term opportunity for growth and development
- To be fully conversant in 2D AutoCad drawing production for M&E Building Services (4-5 years experience).
- Working on and providing building services engineering design drawings for UK and some international projects.
- Being able to produce 3D/ BIM/ Revit MEP/ related drawings would be beneficial
- You will be working on varied projects including; high end houses, hotels, student blocks, restaurants, offices etc
- All designs to be carried out using AutoCAD, via our Cad department and must meet recognised engineering standards
- You will be expected to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Good grades in GCSE and BTEC/HND college courses is expected
- Previous work experience required
- To be conversant with AutoCAD and MS office
- Able to read, understand and interpret engineering drawings and communicate with engineers
- Based within a commutable distance of Essex.

**Position Remuneration**:
