We are working with an OUTSTANDING Nursery in Walthamstow are seeking a **Nursery Chef **to join their setting.

This nursery has a lively setting with lots of creativity and has a team who are dedicated to the care of children. We are looking for an individual to provide a hands-on, fun, creative and an innovative environment for children.

**Working day/hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 3pm**

**Hours PT 10.00 -3.00pm (earlier finish negotiable) This is a 25 hour working week all year round**

Meal times are an important part of our nursery day. It's a chance for all our children to sit together and develop a love of healthy eating, trying new dishes and experiencing new tastes.

To help create these special moments we're looking for a kitchen assistant to join our friendly team. You'll be responsible for serving our delicious meals to our children, providing a helping hand when they need one and cleaning up after their meal so our rooms are spic and span and ready for more fun learning activities.
- Ideally hold Level 1 Food Hygiene and Food Safety Certificate
- Have an understanding of basic hygiene and cleanliness.
- Have an understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ideally, have experience of dealing with food and guidelines surrounding allergies and dietary requirements
