Waiter and Waitress

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter and Waitresses to join our team. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations on food and beverages
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations

**Requirements**:

- Experiences is required (at least 5 years of experience)
- Knowledge of culinary terms, food preparation, and guest services is a plus
- Familiarity with basic math skills for handling payments
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
