**The role**
You will work alongside the Kennel Manager and Deputy Manager on a rolling rota of 4 days on and 4 days off. The working hours are 8am - 6pm with two half hour breaks during the day.
This role would suit a caring, hardworking, and approachable person. The job consists of helping the Manager and Assistant Manager with the day to day running of the kennels to include dog walking, cleaning kennels, bathing dogs, washing bedding and general duties that are needed to ensure that all the pets are kept in a clean and comfortable whilst they are staying with us.
We have our own on-site Veterinary Centre where vets can assist with advice and help. The wellbeing and safety of the pets in our care is paramount and the successful applicant will understand the importance of this. A good working knowledge of dogs and cats is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
The hours are 0800-1800
