We are looking to recruit a part time member of staff to support a small team managing a growing portfolio of properties based in Haddington. We are a dynamic small but ambitious business that is determined to improve the service levels in the lettings industry. On the job training is available for the right person.

Key responsibilities include:

- Arranging reactive & proactive maintenance and repairs
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and tradespeople
- Key management
- Other administrative tasks

Essential criteria:

- Experience of working under pressure and to deadlines
- Ability to learn new skills/software with ease
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- A 'can do' attitude

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Haddington, EH41 4BU
