**Job Title: Works Scheduler**

**Location: Newcastle**

**Salary: £23,000 P/A**

ProGroup Recruitment currently have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Works Scheduler based in Newcastle. You will be working for a Fire Protection company and your main day to day duties will be to book fire door and fire stopping jobs in and liaising with the tenants or housing managers on our passive fire contracts.

**Hours required**: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Hybrid working available once full training is complete)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with residents and housing associations to book in upcoming works
- Working with Excel spreadsheets
- Assisting the project manager
- Arranging appointments with tenants and customers
- Good telephone manner
- A positive can do attitude
- Friendly & approachable
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
