CCS Recruitment are looking for an experienced Housebuild Labourer on a new build development.

Main duties will include preplasters, air tests, keeping the site clean and tidy plus any other related duties.

Must have a CSCS Card, PPE and experience on housebuild sites.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3-4 weeks

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Middleton, Greater Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Preplasters: 1 year (required)
- Housebuild Labouring: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (required)
