Workshop Supervisor

**The Role**

As a Workshop Supervisor within the Adaptations department you will be responsible for:

- training and development of the adaptations fitting team
- managing and leading the team to achieve agreed KPI's
- planning work schedules
- completing daily team briefs and tool box talks
- monitoring and reviewing current processes and implementing improvements

**Experience & Skills**
- Previous demonstrable experience in a similar role
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Full driving licence
- Mechanical experience (desirable)

**Hours of work**
Monday - Thursday, 8.00am-5.30pm
Friday, 8.00am-4.30pm
