- As a Bartender at 12th Knot Rooftop Bar, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by crafting exceptional cocktails and providing outstanding service. From classic cocktails to innovative creations, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and passion for mixology in a stunning rooftop setting. This is an ideal position for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with a diverse clientele, and is committed to delivering unparalleled hospitality.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality cocktails and beverages with precision and flair.-
- Provide attentive and personalised service to guests, anticipating their needs and preferences.-
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including bar tops, equipment, and glassware.-
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.-
- Collaborate with the bar team to ensure efficient operations and seamless service.-
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures, including responsible alcohol service.-
- Assist with inventory management, stock control, and ordering supplies as needed.-
