We are currently recruiting for Supervisor to join our Train Presentation Team at our SouthamptonStation.

We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working individuals that take pride in their work to meet our high cleaning standards.

**What we need from you**:

- Experience of working within client facing roles.
- Must be flexible in working hours including weekends and be able to handle high pressure environments.
- IT skills essential (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Previous experience of managing a team
- Previous experience in a cleaning environment
- Drive to success and progress.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Flexibility

**The Role**
- Ensuring that a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the trains.
- Supervision of all cleaning staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and behavior whilst on duty.
- Reviewing work schedules
- Monitoring of cleaning materials
- Monitoring of all cleaning activities
- Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures.
