We have a brand-new exciting opportunity for a
- Be responsible for day-to-day administration of content to all our digital channels (LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube etc), and will create first draft professional online content and communications for approval.
- Work closely with Recruitment colleagues to promote advertising of roles and sharing our employer brand.
- Monitor, track and produce regular data relating to our online activity, reach and performance.
- Keep up to date with current digital/social media trends, tools and techniques and proactively suggest ideas for improvement.
- You will also provide support administration/organisation to our CEO, FD and Senior Leadership Team on an ad-hoc basis and may be involved in other initiatives or projects.
- Excellent IT skills
- A solid understanding of social media channels and/or previous work experience in management of digital communication (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, to generate professional content for publication across a variety of channels. Working knowledge of video/photo editing, or proficiency in design software would be desirable.
- Be personable, enthusiastic and motivated; and able to develop effective and trusting relationships at all levels.
- Strong organisation/admin and prioritisation skills. Acts with the highest integrity, discretion and has the ability to maintain confidence in support of the CEO, FD and Senior Leadership Team. Previous experience of working with senior managers and diary management would be an advantage.
- Be flexible and adaptable to meet the changing needs of the organisation.
