**Helpdesk Coordinator**
- Helpdesk Coordinator or Facilities Administrator or Service Coordinator._

Here at Quantec, we specialise in providing first class services for commercial Air Conditioning, chillers and boilers to our valued and growing client base.
- _The position is full time, Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week._
- _8AM - 5PM_

**General Duties**:

- Distributing calls to relevant members of staff.
- Office diary management.
- Dealing with customer queries, complaints and resolving any issues.
- Arranging emergency call outs.
- Booking jobs & scheduling planned maintenance.
- Raising POs (purchase orders) and ordering of goods.
- Liaising with Engineers, Management team and Subcontractors.
- Maintenance of WIP report.
- Data entry and ad-hoc admin duties.
- Extensive use of Microsoft Office programmes and Joblogic

**Qualifications and Required experience**:

- Customer Service background.
- JobLogic (programme) experience.
- Experience working in a facilities management._._
- Excellent Communication skills - Written and verbal.
- Well organised with strong prioritising and multi-tasking skills.
