Focusing on selected market segments (Electrification, Automation, and Industrials) we are looking for a Marketing Principal to work as part of our dynamic team.

**What you'll do**:

- You'll support the team by owning projects to develop complex products including machinery and robotics.
- Effectively and efficiently you'll deliver “brilliant” solutions for commercially successful products by being diligent, yet creative, product and process focused
- You'll be working collaboratively with the Solutions Architecture, Advanced Manufacturing and Programs and Project Management functions.

**We'd love you to have**:

- Previous marketing experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in B2B, ideally within a manufacturing industry
- A degree ideally in marketing, digital marketing, data analytics, communications or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools, CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Cognism and Spotler.
- Creative thinking and problem solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
