**8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday**

**Maintaining a high degree of customer service while organising installations equipment at new and existing client sites.**

**Duties**:

- Ensure that all installations are completed as required and on time.
- Provide support on a daily basis and ongoing support on various projects
- To be able to comprehend the needs of customers, to take ownership of problems, and to provide excellent service to them.
- Using proactive client interaction and satisfaction measurement, we will develop and maintain our existing customer relationships.
- To ensure all administration and follow-up is accurate, qualitative, and complete within the Operations area.
- Ensure that all administration and follow-up in the Operations area is completed on time
- To support and assist within the Operations area as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Experience with external customer relationships
- Demonstrable initiative and drive
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Professional Telephone Manner
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
