Analyste, Placement privés

Travaillant au sein de l’équipe des Placements privés de la CDPQ à Londres, la personne retenue pour ce poste fera partie intégrante de l’équipe responsable des transactions, qu’elle appuiera pour les opérations d’acquisition par emprunt et la surveillance des sociétés en portefeuille. Elle aura la possibilité de s’épanouir au sein d’un environnement collaboratif plutôt informel et d’une culture dynamique de personnes performantes.

Ce que vous ferez- Participer à l’évaluation des occasions d’investissement potentielles et contribuer à la préparation des analyses préliminaires et des documents de recommandation d’investissement.- Appuyer l’équipe en réalisant avec rigueur des modélisations financières et des examens des modèles d’affaires.- Contribuer à la préparation de rapports internes dans le respect des échéanciers et s’assurer que les mises à jour sont faites.- Examiner de façon exhaustive les rapports financiers des sociétés, établir des comparables représentatifs du marché et en effectuer une analyse détaillée.- Appuyer l’équipe dans la préparation et l’organisation des différentes discussions et rencontres avec les partenaires, tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur de la CDPQ.- Mener systématiquement des recherches approfondies sur la situation et les tendances des secteurs d’activité suivis : suivre l’actualité de façon proactive et recueillir des renseignements auprès de sources clés.

Ce que vous apportez- Minimum de 1 à 3 ans d’expérience, idéalement dans le domaine des services bancaires d’investissement.- Un diplôme de premier cycle en finance, en économie ou en comptabilité est considéré comme un atout.- Une combinaison équivalente de scolarité et d’expérience pourra être prise en considération.- Excellentes habiletés en analyse financière, en particulier dans le domaine de la modélisation de l’acquisition par emprunt.- Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et de Powerpoint.- Bilinguisme (anglais-français) parlé et écrit.- Légalement autorisé à travailler au Royaume-Uni.- Prêt à voyager à l’étranger.
