As a **Sales Trainer**, you must have demonstrable experience in providing world-class training to sales teams. You will genuinely care about the people you work with and strive to deliver a service unlike any other. **About The Role**:

- You will provide a first-class service to our global clients.
- You shall assist with the design and delivery of bespoke training solutions.
- You must Identify training needs for both the individual and groups.
- You will deliver training and coaching as set out in a pre-agreed session plan with the client in a workshop environment around the UK or Worldwide.
- You must undertake all training from our Learning & Development Director to ensure your own continuous professional development.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a sales trainer, either as an associate or in-house.
- Proof that you can design a session plan, and deliver a quality workshop and overall topics in an agreed timeframe.
- A proven track record of delivering engaging, and stimulating training, with feedback to back this up.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their sales goals
- Willing to travel away from home to deliver session off-site.
- Knowledge of different methodology’s and teachings common within the Learning and Development World
