**Salary: Grade 4, Point 5 (Actual Salary £13,777 per annum)**
**Contract: 28.75 hours per week (9.00am - 2.45pm), 39 weeks per year (term time + 1 week), plus some additional evening and weekend hours.**

Rawlins Church of England Academy is seeking to appoint a Lead Catering Assistant for our busy Post 16 Café. Duties will include preparation of meals, use of dishwasher and washing up, leading the food service including use of cashless catering tills and maintaining the hygiene of the kitchen. Experience of food preparation and cooking, alongside an understanding of allergens is essential, as is a Basic Food Hygiene qualification. Training will be offered, if required. There may be some optional overtime, weekend and evening work which will attract additional payment.

We are a highly inclusive school having our own Autism and a Moderate Learning Difficulties specialist unit on site alongside our school’s SEND support base and Welfare & Success Centre known as ‘The Hive’.
