Youth Club Leader

KYC youth leader is an experienced and trained youth worker responsible for leading a small team delivering youth work services to young people in Kingsteignton Youth Centre. Main responsibilties include;
- ensuring that the Youth Centre is meeting the changing needs of young people and is an exciting and vibrant place for young people to meet.
- managing safeguarding responsibilities for young people engaged in KYC activities.
- financial management in the youth club.
- Health and Safety procedures (Fire/water/Food hygiene)
- Liasing with other organisations in the community, including visiting schools and colleges to meet with young people
- Attending trustees bi-monthly management meetings and preparing reports on youth club activities

This job is a senior management position suitable for an experienced and qualified youth worker.
