Key Responsibilities To be responsible and accountable for the quality and standard and safety of own work and to achieve the levels of competency required by the role. To help patients to continue with routine treatment programmes and therapeutic activities as directed by a qualified therapist. To feedback to the therapist regarding the patients progress, or any concerns. To ensure that all documentation relating to their clinical involvement with patients (electronic or paper) adheres to AHP and trust standards.
To manage their allocated workload effectively, with support and guidance from the Therapist. To contribute to the smooth running of the team/unit by carrying out a range of clerical and admin, household and departmental tasks. To be responsible for the safe use of equipment that they use during treatment. To at all times maintain the principles of confidentiality of patient information
