Conveyancing Paralegal

We are looking for a motivated Residential Conveyancing Paralegal/Junior Paralegal with a good knowledge of all aspects ofdomestic conveyancing to join our small but busy Conveyancing team. - Opening new matter files on the firm’s case management system -Lawware and preparing Terms of Business, Purchase and Sale packs for new clients
- Dealing with all aspects of the conveyancing process in purchases, sales, remortgages and discharges including noting interest, preparing offers, and missives, examining and reporting on title, ordering searches, preparing drafts, etc.
- Completing LBTT and registration processes

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in residential conveyancing work
- Experience with Lawware case management system or similar
- Able to cope with peak demands and changing priorities and work well in a team
- Enthusiasm to learn/improve skills
- Excellent customer and client care service skills
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Good communication skills and a confident, friendly and outgoing manner both over the phone and in-person
