**What you'll do**
- Monitor and manage SEO performance daily; communicate performance/activities to relevant stakeholders
- Test & learn initiative design, execution and evaluation for critical SEO elements
- Ability to devise creative technical SEO solutions across complex, large and multi-language websites. Make recommendations for improved traffic and conversion and hand off to relevant product and development teams.
- Responsible for attaining SEO growth goals
- Partner and coordinate with relevant teams outside of the SEO department, including Analytics, Data-Science, Merchandising and Brand to find points of collaboration and shared executions
- Keeping up to date with the Search landscape. Discover changes within the algorithm and wider industry changes.
- Optimizing page load speed and perform audits to identify technical issues
- Troubleshooting website performance issues - crawling and indexing errors aswell as Installing SSL certificates
- Responsible for registering, fixing, and maintaining weekly logs for SEO-related bugs/errors.
- Collaborating with other SEO professionals, web developers, digital marketers, and many other specialists to eliminate recurring technical glitches.
- Using programming skills to automate processes
- Using AI tools to automate processes
- Create ad hoc reports for deeper dive investigations into performance trends
- Understand and report on cross-channel impacts and performance
- Analytics reviews (eg, Google Search Console) to identify issues and opportunities

**Who you are;**
- University Degree or equivalent experience with 3+ year-experience in SEO analysis, search engine marketing, or other analytical or technical online marketing.
- Well-versed with HTML, CSS, JS, and site architecture.
- Basic to intermediate knwoldge of Python scripting and/or Javascript
- Functional knowledge ofbrowser Dev Tools and structured data markup
- Proficiency in managing robots.txt files, canonical tags, pagination, and redirects.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and manage projects with senior managers/leadership.
- Have an in-depth knowledge on SEO and algorithm ranking factors
- We need you to be passionate about SEO and eager to develop cutting edge search marketing innovations.
- Looking for someone who has a technical and analytical mindset. Experience working with large sets of data and analytics is important.
- Needs to be a self-starter and have initiative
