**Primary Responsibilities of the Care Coordinator**:

- Act as the initial point of contact for both prospective and current Service Users as well as Care Workers.
- Handle initial inquiries from potential service users and their families with effectiveness and empathy.
- Skillfully manage staff scheduling to ensure the safe and smooth provision of services to clients.
- Foster effective communication with various professionals involved in service users' care.
- Assist in the recruitment process of new care workers to enhance the team.
- Conduct supervisions, appraisals, and performance monitoring of care workers.
- Support the management of safeguarding procedures, incidents, and complaints as necessary.
- Uphold service standards in alignment with CQC expectations.
- A valid UK driving license is a requirement.
- Proficient communicator with an aptitude for establishing and maintaining strong connections.
- Flexibility in adapting to evolving priorities and demands, maintaining composure under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Possesses a friendly, confident, and helpful telephone demeanor.
- Demonstrates a collaborative spirit while also excelling in independent work with initiative.
- Exhibits a positive, goal-oriented attitude, striving to exceed set targets.
