An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled operator on a progressive 300 acre arable family farm in Lincolnshire.

The role will involve all aspects of woodland management, ground works, fencing and some small to medium scale livestock management. Mechanical knowledge and workshop experience would be very advantageous.

You will be able to take responsibility, take initiative and pay close attention to detail. There will be involvement in all aspects of the business, working closely with the owner and the other farm staff.

What we are looking for:

- Previous experience in agriculture would be beneficial.
- A forklift certificate would be desirable.
- Sound up to date practical experience of modern farming is desirable.
- Previous workshop experience is desired but not essential; however, you must have the willingness to learn.
- Capable of maintaining the farm to high standards.
- Excellent communication skills and good IT (or willing to learn)
- You will be comfortable working as part of a team and working solo.
- Full driving licence essential, category H would be desirable.
- A good sense of humour is essential

A competitive remuneration package will be offered based upon experience and potential; assistance could be provided to company car if needed.
