Job Opportunity: Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser

We have an opening for a Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser to join our dynamic team Within the Hunters estate agency branch in Bawtry. Perfect for an experienced adviser wanting to make that next step or one already self employed looking for a new challenge.

As a Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser, you will have the rewarding task of helping individuals achieve their homeownership dreams. You will be a trusted guide, providing expert advice and tailored mortgage solutions to clients. Ideally you will base yourself from the office for 3 days a week - this is not a 9-5 role though so you will be expected to manage your own diary in line with getting the results needed to make this a success. You will also have the ability to work remotely from home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assessing clients' financial situations and determining their mortgage eligibility
- Providing personalized advice and recommending suitable mortgage products
- Building relationships with clients and maintaining a strong referral network
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, mortgage regulations, and lender policies

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Mortgage Adviser or in a related financial role
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

We will pay you 50% commission on business converted from branch and 70% on your own business generated. You will be given an office to base yourself from. You must provide your own laptop and there is a £50 per month operating fee for licenses and systems etc.
