About Us:
We are a dynamic care agency based in England, specializing in the care home industry and launching a fashion clothing brand. Our products are made in Italy, ensuring high quality and authentic style. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and help us grow both our care homes and clothing brand through innovative marketing and compelling digital content.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to pitch to new care home clients.
- Create and manage digital content, including blog posts, social media updates, and website content.
- Promote our clothing brand through engaging content and targeted campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with designers and other marketing professionals to ensure cohesive branding.
- Engage with our clients and suppliers to negotiate and respond to their inquiries in both Italian and English.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, tracking engagement metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital content writing and creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
- Experience in marketing, particularly within the care home or fashion industry, is required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.45-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
