We have a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice to join our maintenance engineering team based at our client premises in Glasgow. You will primarily be assisting with building maintenance tasks under the guidance of the site engineers. Associated tasks will include use of computer systems as directed, use of hand tools and maintenance materials. You will work directly with electrical or mechanical engineers and be mentored by the lead engineer. You will work with client facility teams and other company departments

And as a Hard Services Apprentice with Bellrock you’ll do it by
- Accepting of computer CAFM generated tasks
- Checking correct closure of tasks on CAFM
- Ensuring appropriate stock levels are kept
- Maintain housekeeping of plant rooms etc to current high standards
- Engage with external contractors
- Understand site safety processes and procedures
- Prove and demonstrate understanding of safe working procedures and Heath and safety awareness

**What does it take?**

If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Hard Services Apprentice you’ll need
- Review and maintain work practices in an engineering environment
- Communicate effectively in a supplier / client environment
- Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, colleagues and other stakeholders
- Work collaboratively in a team of engineers
- Develop / enhance IT literacy skills with the ability to use MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Plan how to manage own workload on a daily basis

- High level of dexterity and attention to detail
- Organised, methodical approach to work with excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and able to build relationships
