**The Company - Graduate Recruiter**

Do you have what it takes?
- Uncapped commission structure where you can earn up to 40% of what you bill
- Track record of graduate recruiters earning £60k or more in their first year

**The Requirements - Graduate Recruiter**
- Degree educated with a 2.1 minimum in any discipline from a top university
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Switched on and bright
- Ambitious and work ethic with a huge drive to succeed
- A track record of success (whether that be in sport or work)
- Energetic and personable to fit in with the vibrant team
- **The right to work in the UK**

- Generating business leads and bringing on new clients
- B2B Sales
- Sourcing and attracting the best of the best
- Headhunting
- The use of search concepts
- The full recruitment life cycle
