Transport Coordinator

**Salary**:£27,000 and £40 per week for out of hours duty phone (1 in every 3 weeks) plus Veolia benefits

**Hours**:Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm and every third Saturday 8am - 12pm

**Location**:Four Ashes WV10 7DG

**What will you be doing?**
- Administering all drivers daily route sheets and paperwork
- Be the first point of contact for all Transport queries
- Processing drivers time sheets and holiday requests
- Carrying out periodic skin surveillance and PPE checks
- Ordering and maintaining PPE stock levels
- Requesting PO’s for trailer washouts
- Carrying out daily debriefs with all drivers
- Completing google sheets in relation to bin counts and vehicle utilisation
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties as instructed by the Transport Supervisor
- **Out of hours duty mobile cover as required after a period of training**

**What are we looking for?**
- Previous experience gained working within Transport
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good IT skills
- Previous experience working within the waste industry is advantageous
